Some would say that the perfect way to beat the muggy days of August in the Bluegrass State would be to get acquainted with a good book and avoid the searing heat altogether, which appears to be a common theme in Kentucky overall.
That’s because the state ranks among those that are most interested in books, based on a series of search phrases online, with Kentucky posting the sixth highest search interest score nationally, behind No. 5 Washington State.
Book Lovers Day is August 9, and it seems Kentuckians are more than ready. At BetKentucky.com - your source for all things Kentucky sports betting - we used Google Trends to rank states based on combined search interest scores for the following terms searched between July 18 – 25, 2024, “Kindle,” “library near me,” “best book series.”
